What exactly would you plan to do with it?
If you want to connect your phone to your computer via a wireless connection, you'll need a bluetooth adapter for your PC. Some, mainly notebooks, have these installed internally by default. Desk tops, and lower end notebooks, you will need an external adapter. They're pretty cheap, around $25.
