This or That?

I was looking at the Asus Prime 13" ultrabooks. I know that one has a GT 620M GPU + 500GB Harddrive with 24GB Flash Storage and the other has a Intel HD 4000 and a 128 or 256 GB SSD. I was wondering which one would you choose. I'm going to college soon and I was thinking about selling my Macbook Pro Mid-2010 with the 2.4GHZ C2D and the 320M for a new Laptop.

So my question is would be it be worth upgrading and if it would be which of the two Asus would you get. If you have another laptop that would also catch my eye please post it.

*Note: I am taking Computer Science as my major.

Do you play any games?

Its really personal preference if not. They're both about equal, I would get the ASUS with intel 4000 and 256GB SSD.

A little bit but I have a dedicated Desktop for that.

hd4000 should be suffice if you dont play too much games on it. a extra gpu uses more power which reduces battery life

Well just get the intel 4000 with an SSD. The 620 is not very powerful at all, and the 620M even less powerful.

Go for speed and battery life.
