Thoughts on Rosewill PC speakers?

I'm looking at getting a 2.1 speaker system to use with my PC. I will use it for both music (all kinds of rock, indie, alternative) and movies (action, comedy). I'm looking at theses in particular:

What I'm stuck on is which one? The more expensive one has a wider frequency range, but i'm not sure if it is worth the price increase. Also, there is no dB sensitivity rating listed on newegg or the manufactures website. I'm not sure how important that is, and I also am not sure how much the wattage plays into everything (the wattage is listed).

I don't want to go over $70, but cheaper is better (within reason). All of the reviews are 5/5, should I go for the cheaper one then? Two are the same price but one has Bluetooth with a smaller range while the other has no Bluetooth with a wider range. Again, I don't know how big of a diffrence there will be.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I am new to all of this.

would probably stick to Logitech, Edifer or Microlab. Never even knew rosewill did speakers till now. Always hard to tell until you actually hear them. specs from such small epakers claiming to get down to 20hz are pretty misleading. It may produce 20hz, but it will be at -15db or something compared to the rest of the spectrum. There are no proper reviews of the rosewill speakers so i would steer clear of them.

I would pick between these at your price range.
when you say "all the reviews are 5/5", there are only one or two reviews of the rosewill speakers, not much to go by there...
