to format the acer aspire es1-533

i am not able to format the acer aspire es1-533 . i am trying to install win 8.1 or win 10
the problem is the boot option selection is not app-ring so how to boot the dvd can any one tell
in bios the uefi mode is locked it is not converted to legacy mode
pls help to format the laptop
