I want to change my cell phone provider to another provider

Then you need to contact the new carrier/service provider and check that your phone will indeed work on their networks. Not all phones are made to work on the same networks. If it is, then you just need a new SIM from the new carrier/service provider. If, however, they use a different network, then you can't use the phone with them.
