I have TomTom Start series 20 and cannot get MyDrive Connect on Windows 7 PC to recognise my device. What are the specific names of the drivers I need? I don't want to do a general update of all drivers as every time I do this my PC crashes so I stopped doing driver updates a while back. Hope someone can help, TIA

Solution
Me again: suddenly it started working, not quite sure why, and says all software is updated. Let's see what happens next time I use it. Hopefully it will get a GPS signal within a reasonable time next time rather than 25 minutes after I switched it on, like what happened yesterday! Thanks for your help in any case 🙂
Log into your MyDrive Connect software, Click on My Content near the top center. Select the update which should be listed in the My Updates and New Content.

I cant remember if you need your TomTom connected to do this or not but I'm thinking you do.
