Question Tonor TC2030 microphone is staticky

whenever I use my Tonor TC2030 microphone to record vocals or to just call with my friends, there's always this staticky noise which isnt caused by the cable but on the inside of the microphone. I paid a lot for this and would hate for it to go to waste, so I tried to open it up and see what was wrong, I'm not sure how to fix this

Did you contact Tonor support or test the mic on another system?
