Will I get tracked or hacked by just browsing tor. I am not doing anything illegal but I know some of the sites are illigal

Its about as illegal as running out of a burning building holding a tank of gasoline. (Not technically illegal but looks suspicious as heck and will definitely get you put on a list of suspects)

You must be new. And spathe short awnser is no. You won't be traced at all unless you are searching something up like "how to hide a body" or "how to kill your neibour" and all of that illigal stuff. As for illegal websites, there are none. Just websites with age restrictions 😉 and websites that have been removed from search engines
