Solved! Toshiba 32HV10E LCD TV display issue

Hi,
I have a display problem with Toshiba 32HV10E LCD TV. When it is turned on, only top of the display is working. (approximately 2 inch from the top) other area is blue screen. When the tv is getting warmer for few minutes, display starts to fixing from top to bottom slowly. What could be the problem. Display of Control board?

Considering that is about a 7 yr old 32" 720 TV, best thing to do is spend $50 to replace it with a used working 1080 TV or any number of new or used ones for 100-200 that will save you a few hours of fiddling and buying boards that may or may not fix the issue.
