toshiba A205 plug that connect to back of external vga

the plug is cut i don't know the wiring configuration and there,s no info on this very stripped model . No s-vid or HDMI Screen plug broke. theres 13 of 15 wires in this male plug mounted the board . 3 pair are twisted. ive wire it the way the pics of the vga are but all those other wires must do somethi tv is no recognizing it . it did before. oh yeah my screen has has a bad plug on the board. so that doesnt help.
