how can i have software for the toshiba c650 webcam application.pls help me on this matter.thank u

You can only get it from the Toshiba website.

And when lucky, you can do an online hardware check and the website guide you to the correct driver download or installs it for you.

Or,

You have to download a little program that can check your system for the needed information and you can download and/or install it from there.

And you can use the program (when lucky) for updating the software too. 😀

If not, download it by Support & Drivers or simular.
It might be that you have to unplug the hardware before installing the software.
When the software doesn't ask to plugin the hardware, reboot and than plugin. It will all be taken care of by your computer.
