Toshiba L755-S5216 Bios Password reset

How do you reset the bios password on a Toshiba L755-S5216?I bought this for a local Goodwill and won't boot without password from Bios.I pulled Cmos and pc battery overnight with no luck.Are there any solder joints or jumpers that can be crossed to reset?
