So I'm trying to prepare my laptop to sell it. I figured that doing a factory reset wouldn't brick it but I guess there's a first time for everything. I can still open the Windows 10 recovery and BIOS. However, when it attempts to boot it goes to the Toshiba logo, flashes black, and goes back into the Toshiba logo screen in an endless loop. Restoring the thing won't work because it has no saved restore points. How should I try to fix it? Or reinstall windows, or throw in the towel and drop-kick my laptop out of the window?
