I`d appretiate if someone could explain the pcie slot status this info is displaying...does this mean I am able to install a pcie gpu for laptops onto this motherboard? other than getting another laptop is there a way for me to add a better gpu to this system?

Most laptop gpu's are non upgradable. best option is to buy a desktop graphics card+external gpu adapter. by doing this you can attach the external gpu to laptop via adapter by pci Express slot. most cases there will not be any extra pci-e slot. so you have to remove your wifi adapter which is least accessible pci-e slot placed back side and attach the adapter to this slot. i found this solution on youtube
