After hard reset my e750 started giving white screen, so I called Toshiba support. As my pda is still in warranty they are going to send me replacement one (same model) & I have to send this one back (they have put $599 hold on credit card in case I do not send back...acceptable).

Unacceptable.....They are not offering any repair option now. What I interpret from this is once you are out of warranty & your pda fails for some reason. Throw it & buy new one OR give Toshiba $599 (actual e750 cost < $399) for a refurbished one.

Thanks for reading, hope you understand, just venting my anger against Toshiba.....

I was super interested in purchasing the Toshiba e755. I recently purchased
a Toshiba notebook along with a 3-year extended warranty that also covers
accidents to the screen and keyboard. So I was surprised to learn that
Toshiba stopped selling extended warranties on their PDAs, which was what
kept me from making the purchase.

If I could have found the item in say Comp USA or Circuit City, where I
could have purchased an extended/accident warranty from either of those
stores, I would have done that. But I could only find it on the Toshiba
site. I did not want to make a purchase without either the extended warranty
or the accidental warranty. I am forever dropping small items.

What I ended up doing was buying the new Dell Axim X 30 (which will be at my
door tomorrow) along with a two year extended warranty and two year accident
warranty, all for the same price as the Toshiba e755.

Hopefully I made the right choice.
