Toshiba Qosmio X505 Q870 Windows installation through USB

I want to install windows through USB to my laptop Toshiba Qosmio X505 Q870.
The CD / DVD is not working.
I have been able to do that on my main desktop system.
I want to know if it is possible to install windows through USB to this particular laptop or not.

Yes, but change BIOS SETTINGS to BOOT from USB DEVICE first...

There is no boot from usb device.

I can only move em up and down.
