Toshiba receovery CDs say windows 7 but restored to windows xp

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Salellite Pro L500. I had downgraded to XP. I am now trying to do a factory restore with the discs that came with the machine.

The disc say Windows 7 Professional. When I restored, it comes up as XP.

How can I restore it to 7?
