Toshiba S855D-S5148 Bios password protection

Hi, I have a S855D-S5148.It is Bios password protected.I have tried those ways:
1)Take cmos battery off.For a few minutes, for half a day, for 2 days.
2)I have shorted the B500, with battery-ram-hdd taken out.
How can i override this problem?Thank you!
