Toshiba Sat A10 - Blinking LED - Won\'t turn on

I have tried removing battery, changing poer supply adapter and cable, changing processor and RAM card but same problem

Does your laptop manual have anything to say about what that blinking LED means?
Sometimes the color or pattern of blinking will let you know what the laptop is trying to tell you.

No manual available. Laptop was given as gift wothout any manuals

The .PDF manual should be onboard the HDD already in a folder called Toshiba.
If not you can probably download the manual from the Toshiba support site.
