Toshiba Satellite C55A no audio on HDMI

Toshiba Satellite C55A, with recently win 10 update and updates

The pc audio is fine, but, when an HDMI cable is connected to a TV, picture ok, but no audio.

Used system restore, just in case it was due to recent windows update, but problem persisted

Both the Realtek and Intel (R) HD Graphics updated, and rolled back driver, just in case, problem persists ,No reference to HDMI audio. HD audio?

On windows 10, there is no reference to HDMI audio activation, in the sound, on the control panel.
The Intel graphics make no reference to any audio formats.

I ve learnt that it has to do with the video driver, but nowhere to be found, or any reference to HDMI audio.

Help please

Is HDMI set as the default audio output device ?

On taskbar, right-click speaker icon, choose playback devices and select HDMI.

I did that, but I cannot see any HDMI device

Sorry, this read is getting complicated. I saw two other answers, but just for once. I am unable to see them again.!!!!! Everything is getting wrong.

The HDMI on sound, in win 10, is there, but unable to make it in default state. Then, I uninstalled the driver, and now I am unable to install it again !
