Solved! Toshiba Satellite C640 (PSC2UG-00P001) RAM Upgrade

The current RAM total capacity is 4GB. 2GB in each slot. its specification is 2GB 1333MHz PC3-10600S. As an experiment I first removed both the current RAM and took "8GB 204-pin SODIMM DDR3 PC3L-12800 1600MHz RAM" from my friend's laptop and put it in one slot. When I checked it in windows settings, its showing 8GB. Does this means I can put one more 8GB RAM in 2nd slot and make it as total 16GB. Does it support that much RAM?
