Toshiba Satellite C655 Keyboard Not Working After Window 10 Uninstall

We uninstalled Windows 10 on a Toshiba Satellite C655 this evening and rolled it back to Window 7. Now I have no keyboard and touchpad. Can anyone please help? Thanks!

First I'd try connecting a usb mouse and keyboard, then go into device manager and uninstall the listed input devices such as touchpad (mouse) and keyboard, then reboot. Or, right click on those devices in device manager and select update driver software followed by update automatically.


What is your exact model of C655 as there are many sub-models all with different configurations and internal hardware. This should be listed somewhere on the unit.
