Hello,

I've got a 1.5 yr old Toshiba Satellite L455-S5000 laptop and the hard drive crashed. Replaced it with a Western Digital. Ran the recovery disks on the new drive and while it was going thru it's reboots noticed the Audio and Video drivers wouldn't install properly. After all was done, drivers list showed both the video and audio drivers didn't install properly due to "Windows can't verify the digital signature required for this device." Removed them from the system, downloaded them from Toshiba and same thing. Have to use default video and audio Windows 7 drivers. The default video drivers only allow me to use 1024x768, not the max the controller is capable of. Dont' get it. I selected the model from Toshiba's support site and choose the drivers it listed. These were the same ones the restore tried to install. I thought the restore was supposed to put everything back like when it came out of the box.

Toshiba Satellite L455-S5000 laptop
Windows 7 Home Premium (restore didn't put up any spks)
64 bit operating system
audio driver that won't work
Realtek High Def Audio Function Driver 6.0.1.5904
video driver that won't work (drivers list shows 2 of them)
Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family v8.15.10.1883

Thanks!!
