Toshiba satellite is not receiving internet through wifi

My laptop is Toshiba C55-B satellite windows8.1 64 bit OS. It is connecting to wifi and displays status as connected.
But the problem is it is not receiving internet via Wifi (mobile hotspot / wireless Lan) .I checked on other devices there is no problem on Wifi devices.Only my laptop is not receiving Internet but it connected to wifi. Can you please solve the problem?

Start with reinstalling or updating the driver for the WLAN (Wi-Fi) card. You can either remove the current driver and see if Windows installs its own, then test on that, or you can use an Ethernet connection or another computer to download the driver from Toshiba's support page for your laptop.
