try each 4gig stick at a time to see if shows correct amount. link says max 8gig http/support.toshiba.com/support/staticContentDetail?contentId=2752848&isFromTOCLink=false
is new ram same speed as old or faster? what size are the old sticks?

Saw many posts saying to to reseat memory. It worked. Not sure why bios saw the memory but windows did not. Thx for the replies. Great forum. Donald.
