Toshiba Satellite L755-S5256 lap top - the monitor is shorting out. I need to move the monitor in a certain position before I get a clear screen .... otherwise it is snowy. Can I fix this myself at home?

You need open it up and check if lcd cable is fully connected and isn't squeezed anywhere.
