Toshiba satellite laptop won't turn on, even after doing hard reset

Also the second led keeps blinking once at a time, and it keeps going.

Pls help me out, is it a hardware problem, or the adapter?

Ps. i have a battery but it's empty

Saying it's "the second LED" isn't much use. I can't search for "the second LED is flashing!"
Which LED is it -- power LED? Hard drive LED? Some other LED? Be more specific please.
Read the manual and familiarise yourself with what each LED is for, then tell me which one it is that's flashing.

So there isn't enough energy to power up?
I had a lot of problems lately with my adapter so I will test another one tomorrow and see what happens
