I purchased a Toshiba Satellite laptop about 10 months ago from Best Buy. I was happy with this PC until the LCD display started to delaminate from the top lid. The display starts to separate from the top lid down by the plastic hinges, because of the friction from the hinge while closing the top. When I looked at the display model at Best Buy, it has the same problem only worse. Obvious design flaw, that they do not want you to know about. I have been in contact with Toshiba, and only get the royal run around. They must have the WORST customer service that I have ever seen. They want me to pay $40 to send it in to them, but I am afraid I will not see the laptop again or they tell me they will not cover under warranty, based on their terms and conditions. They tell you to take pics and email to them, but NEVER get any response. I will NEVER buy a Toshiba product again, they lost me as a good customer. Beware of their products! How many other people have this problem?
