Toshiba Satellite S55T-B5150, some keys don't work

Hi, my sister just got a new Satellite S55t-B5150 laptop, and right from the start there are several keys that don't work, The arrow keys, numlock, and the z and / keys don't respond at all. I've already tried reinstalling the keyboard and chipset drivers, and the BIOS is up to date. Has anyone else seen this before?
