Solved! Toshiba Smart tv optimizing..

I turned off my TV then right on, and Android is starting window came ( optimizing apps 1 of 70) after optimizing all 70 apps the TV restart itself and start optimizing 1 of 70 all over again.
I can't do anything the TV won't respond to the remote control or the buttons

Is the button on the panel working? If it is, try accessing the menu to go to settings, then select setup and you can see the option reset TV. I hope you'll be able to make it work.
