Toshiba vista business recovery disc download

My Toshiba Laptop Model: Satellite Pro L 300 - Part No: PSLB9A-02K002- S/N 19087409Q
has no HDD Recovery Disc Area due to careless partitioning. So I cannot make my own CDs.
Now I need to have the Recovery Discs to re-install my OS which is genuine Windows Vista
Business with product key. Could you kindly help me

Contact Toshiba. They should be able to replace your lost recovery software.
