TOSlink not on receiver

Hello,
My new tv only has a TOSlink output for audio and my receiver is an older Denon model which does not have TOSlink capabilities. Is there a TOSlink converter available?

there are several TOSlink to RCA audio adapters, I think your Denon has RCA inputs
