Touchpad not working

Okay, so i have searched and searched, I re did windows 8.1 on my hp stream 11. Everything seems to work except my touchpad, ive tried 5 different drivers, Ive tried disabling signature check. It says it installs, but the touchpad is missing from the device manager and it doesnt work. this laptop was bout about 3 or 4 days ago so it isn't hardware related.

If disabled, try double tapping the upper left hand corner of the touch pad, else might RMA it
