Tracfone Service restart

My new Samsung Galaxy S7 keeps randomly rebooting/restarting the device. It does this several times a day. Last night it did it in the middle of a phone call. It is the samsung tracfone service doing this as it is the screen showing after the restart. How can I delete this service from my device? My carrier is Straight Talk. I have always had it. On my Samsung Galaxy S4 I was able to delete it but I cannot find how to do it on the S7. Help??

If it is that new, you should either take it back to where purchased, or contact the manufacturer, about getting a replacement device.
