Unless you had some software for tracking it installed before it got stolen, there is no way to find it unless you get lucky and see someone using it or listed for sale.

The MAC address would not change, and an ISP would see it when it connects, but for that you'd have to contact all of the ISPs in the area and see if they can help you out.
