Trackpad not working

Please, i have an acer E5-511 Laptop, Windows 10 Home September 2018 update,

Trackpad isn't working, i have tried almost everything; it wasnt listed in the device manager, an external mouse is working perfectly.
But i am so bothered about the trackpad, i have also tried reinstalling windows 10 pro, same result. I tried downgrading to windows 7, it then brought up PS2 Mouse at the device manager instead of a track or touch pad and still didnt work, i tried updating the ps2 mouse, still work. I have tried searching for the trackpad online that maybe i could install it manually but no luck....

Please i need help.

If it isn't even listed, it likely has hardware issues. If under warranty, then contact the manufacturer about a repair. If it isn't, then I would suggest trying a local tech.
