Transfer of pictures

I am taking my pics off my Galaxy 6 and putting them on my PC, and when i go to open the pic it says we cant open this file and I have done this with my other cells and don't understand why. It did open about 15 of the pics out of the folder off the cell phone and they were jpgs also I just don't get it......

How did you move them to the computer? If certain ones won't open, you may want to check that they actually have an extension (it is possible they got saved without one). Also you may want to try opening a image program then go to locate the file and open it in the program. If it is the right extension it should open that way.

thank you I tried again today and they opened and loaded on my pc wow that was strange but thanks for the help it was greatly appreciated Thank you Dawn
