Transferring game progress from Android to iPhone

Is there any way to transfer the progress of games like "Hill Climb Racing" from Android to iPhone (Play Games to iCloud)?

Unfortunately it won't be possible. Unless the games uses some king of social media integration like subway surfers with Facebook, you are out of luck.

I don't think it is possible, cause I never heard about it anywhere.
