Troubleshooting wireless mouse forum gigabyte

I have Toshiba Satellite L650-11R laptop,and Gigabyte M7700B mouse. My computer sees it and recognizes it but cannot connect to it. My laptop is about week old and mouse kept working fine until today... I've tried to connect my mobile phone and everything was ok so I suppose its something about the mouse... Please help!!

After several attempts mouse has connected to the computer but works very,very slow(pointer is moving a second or two after I move the mouse),and the buttons dont work at all... Batteries are new,and as I sad everything was fine yesterday...
