trusted software that tells me my pc temperatures?

I'm looking for trusted, non dodgy software, that will tell me how hot my pc is getting. I've literally just, at the time of making this, got a new desk. I have placed my pc in the little "box" type thing (door open for air flow) and just want to make sure it is receiving adequate cooling, and not being suffocated to death .

Are these temperatures normal?

GPU Thermal Diode 30.0 c
GPU VRM Temperature 36.0 c
GPU VRM Temperature 2 58.0 c

core 0 33c
core 1 33c
all cpu values 32-35


This is pretty much idle.

I'm just wondering why the GPU VRM Temperature 2 is so much hotter than the rest? Are these/ this normal?
