Trying to buy a laptop ASAP but confused...

Hey guys which one of these laptops is the most suitable for ( Programming - Autocading - Computer Engineering courses )

Dell inspiron 15 5521 Laptop
lenovo Z580
lenovo Z480A
Toshiba Satellite C850 - B820
HP Pavilion g6-2080se
HP probook 4540s (i7)
Samsung NP-350V5C-S0QAE
(You can recommend others that their prices are similar to the prices of the above ones)

I heared that
* Lenovo will make some problems if I tried to install Ubuntu.
* HP temperature is unbelievably high.

Please help me I am not good when buying laptops and comparing Specs, and i am in a great need to buy one ASAP.. I hope I will find my answer here.

I'd look at the HP Probook 4540s, sounds like best bet for your purposes
