how can I watch movies from my Alcatel Android phone on a Smart LG TV using 3.5 mm headphone jack with red white and yellow RCA cables on the end

There is no way to connect your phone with RCA cables to your smart TV, or even if there is then there is quite small amount of phones that have specified microusb port to do it.
