The issue is that I am re-building an old dell X17 laptop back to its orginal operating system of Windows 7. Because the laptop's keyboard has not worked in a long time, I had been using a wired external one. But on the fresh build screen of set up where it says " type user name and type a computer name" neither keyboard will respond both the laptops keyboard and also the external keyboard, and until I type something, it looks like I cannot go ahead with the build.
