Turned brightness off

Hi! I've somehow managed to turn the screen brightness completely off on my LG TV 1080p and I can't see the menu to turn it back up!

Pleaaaase can anybody guide me using left/right/etc from pressing menu onwards??

I don't think is possible to turn brightness to completely black, your backlit may have failed.
