I am using Win10 with Outlook at work. I receive a high amount of read reciepts and would like to know if I can disable the audio notification specifically for read receipts only. I have searched the rules and it seems that I can only turn on sounds or disable completely. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You might be able to set up a rule that plays a selected sound and then make that sound something very inobtrusive.....
May need to play around with the Advanced Options and see if something there flags a "read receipt" message. Then set the sound.
