Hello to whom mite be able to help
I have brought Toshiba 55z670mp tv
my headphones are Doqaus Bluetooth headphones
issue with Bluetooth when using HDMI input watch DVD or playing game on console I get a faint crackling/popping noise from headphones.
if I'm watching normal television not using HDMI there are no audio issue only when switch to one of HDMI inputs the sound problems occur
I have tried forgetting and reconnecting Bluetooth headphones with no luck.
I have brought all new HDMI cables as tv has two 2.1 HDMI and two 2.0 HDMI.
I tried a different type of headphone Avantree Ensemble wireless headphones with Bluetooth dock I plug those into tv via optical cable and
are having no audio issue while using those thanks for any advice.
