TV tuner directly to PC monitor

I live in the UK.

Is there a way I can have freeview channels on one of my monitors without using my PC? I have a large monitor with USB ports, can I do this for under £30?

yeah buy a freeview or freeview hd tuner with hdmi output on it.

Is it possible, would I be asking too much?
