Two audio streams from one DVD to two audio outputs

I need to simultaneously play both audio streams of a bilingual DVD or video file through two different audio outputs. Any players that do this? Software solutions?

Dual sound card config; Integrated + standalone

Looks like this

Stream1 -> jack output -> LineIn1 soundcard1 -> Speakers Output soundcard1
Stream2 -> jack output -> LineIn1 soundcard2/LineIn2 soundcard1 - > Speakers Output soundcard2

This can be done in windows 7 using the "Listen to" function or directly to the sound card manager as long as you're using an external device with 2 outputs capable of outputing 2 streams separately to play the dvd and not the computer itself.
