UEFI Corrupted. HP DV6

CL7363 version from 2013.
Onboard 3v lithium ran out of juice.
It displayed the amber WiFi and Caps lock blinks 2 times.
Replaced MB battery and all was great for 3 weeks.
Getting same code. Amber steady glow on WiFi key, two blinks on Caps lock.
Pulled MB battery, laptop battery, unplugged AC, drained capacitors, Tried forcing BIOS to revert to stock with Windows Key & B Key.
I thought that the UEFI was fool proof haha
Also tried swapping in an allcaline battery , No results.
Does deatth of UEFI equal dead machine?

If the BIOS chip is replaceable you can try doing that without changing out the motherboard. Some chips are in a socket, but then you need to find a BIOS chip to swap into your system.
