Ive tried to delete my browsing history I have tried via internet options and selected delete all of the above eg: passwords, temp internet pages etc. I let it run for an hour and still did not complete. So I tried to then cancel and had to cancel via windows task manager a error message appears: You tried to end the nonresponsive program, Run a DLL as an App. What does that mean.
